Aung Khine Oo (also known as Daniel) is the Managing Partner at HT IP Law Firm, established by his father, “Htain Lin Oo” and Thein Aung. He has a LL.M in Maritime Law from Yangon University and a LL.B from East Yangon University. Daniel also held advanced diplomas in Computer Studies and has keen interest in legal tech to innovate and modernize the legal field.

At HT IP Law Firm, Daniel has been instrumental in handling new trademark applications, especially with the introduction of new trademark laws in Myanmar. His leadership has been crucial in updating and improving the firm’s operations. Daniel is an active member of the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association and APAA.

Continuing his father’s legacy, Daniel is committed to lead HT IP Law Firm with a focus on excellence in IP matters in Myanmar.
