Khin Oo has   experienced in clerical field, management field and diplomatic field in Government service for 17 years in various positions and locations that includes 4 years in Myanmar Embassy, New Delhi, India as well as 10 years in Myanmar private company. He also wrote articles relating to IP in the “World Economic Journal.
